As you can see you can speak to a webmaster to place a "Psycho"
Bounty on you or your friend.The reward for claiming a bounty results in you
Paying "Psycho Points" To the person who claimed that bounty.
To prove they claimed a bounty they have to send you a replay
of them Decapping the "Said" Opponent.Then you speak to me
and i will transfer the Psycho Points to the Player
Who Received the Bounty.
